Charcoal Page, Vine Charcoal on 18"x24" Strathmore paper, March 2022

This assignment was to introduce us to using charcoal, using it to depict various degrees of light and shading to depict a crumpled piece of paper.
It has, regrettably, gotten a bit tarnished from moving, but the central element remains thankfully intact.
